Healthy Hormone Loving Brownies

Fudgey, goey and guilt free.. say no more!

Clare Stevenson proves a brownie can still be delicious minus the nasties, so here it is, all natural ingredients and the key to combatting those pre menstrual cravings. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup dark choc chips
  • ½ tbsp chia seed
  • ½ tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup cacao
  • ¼ cup peanut butter


Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.

2. Line a baking tray for baking paper.

3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl then place mixture in your baking tray

4. Bake on 180 degrees for 40 mins
