Packed with protein and antioxidants, it’s the perfect guilt-free snack.
2 cups of plain greek yoghurt
80g dark chocolate
¼ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup pistachios
1. Break dark chocolate into small pieces and melt in a heatproof bowl over boiling water. Stir continuously until fully melted.
2. On a medium sized baking tray, spread greek yoghurt out.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with raspberries and pistachios.
Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
3. Remove from the freezer and break into pieces of bark. Serve and enjoy immediately or place bark in a container and keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
