Subscription:


How does my Femme Organic subscription work?



The Femme Organic Subscription processed has been designed to be as a simple as possible through an easy 3 step process:


  1. Pick the products you want to be included in your box (minimum of 3)
  2. Pick the frequency for delivery (eg. receive this box every month)
  3. Choose your charity 

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been processed?

Yes - if you are able to contact the team within 24 hours of the order being processed this should not be an issue; otherwise we will be able to change/cancel your next order in advance


When does my subscription end?

Our subscriptions are automatically billed each month, until you opt-out.  You can log into your account and cancel 1 day before your set subscription charge date. 


If you have any issues with cancelling your subscription please contact orders@femmeorganic.com as they will be able to provide assistance



Will my subscription automatically be renewed?

Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed on your chosen frequency of the original date from placing your first order. You can adjust, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.


For example, if your monthly subscription purchase was initially 9th of August, your next charge date is set for 9th of September. Note, you must be logged into to be able to change your orders 

 

General:

Are your products biodegradable?

Yes, all of our Femme Organic products are biodegradable, including the packaging. 


Do your products contain plastic?

The only plastic used is for the packaging for the individual units for the pads - otherwise, we work to reduce the usage of plastic and prioritise recyclable materials; our tampons are wrapped in paper packaging 


Are your products 100% Certified Organic?

Yes, all our products are 100% Natural Organic Cotton and have certification from the Global Organic Textile Standard Certification and Cotton Incorporated Certification. For more information please refer to our about us page.


What certifications do you have?

We have the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) Certification, Environmental and Ethical Certification Institute (ICEA), Cotton Incorporated Certification & Vegan certification for all our products


Do you test your products on animals?

No, all our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free.


Do you use chemicals?

No we do not, we use 100% Certified Organic Cotton meaning there are no synthetic chemicals, fragrance, dyes, chlorine bleach, GMOs, pesticides, toxins, latex, or formaldehyde. At Femme Organic we worked hard to ensure we produced a product that is safe for our customers to use. Your health is our main priority. 


Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Europe and packaged in Australia. 


Shipping, Delivery and Returns:

How can I track my parcel?

When you pay for your subscription you will receive an order confirmation email which provides you with your tracking number and ETA for the arrival of your box. You are able to place the tracking number in the AusPost website and follow your delivery.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery location


Do you ship outside Australia? 

Yes, we are able to ship these products worldwide.


What is the process if I need to return my order?

Send through an email to order@femmeorganic.com with the order number as well as the reason for returning the order and will be able to provide you with a solution.


What will the products be delivered in?

The products will be delivered in a Femme Organic designed cardboard box. These boxes are biodegradable and are able to be recycled.
