Glowing Greens Pasta: Kale & Pesto

Ingredients:
-1 large handful of basil
-1 large handful of spinach
-2 cloves of garlic
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/4 cup olive oil
-Water (until desired consistency)
-Your favourite pasta
-Extra kale (for sautéing)
-Parmesan cheese (optional)
Steps:
1. Blend basil, spinach, garlic, lemon juice, pumpkin seeds, salt, pepper, olive oil, and water until desired texture.
2. Boil your favourite pasta according to package instructions.
3. Sauté extra kale in a pan.
4. Combine cooked pasta, sautéed kale, and pesto sauce.
Serve topped with extra pumpkin seeds and Parmesan.
