Vegan Pantry Slice

Vegan Pantry Slice! (Must try)


Ingredients:

Base:

  • 1 cup of prunes pitted
  • 1 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter (add an little extra if you are addicted like me)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Topping:

  • 1 block of dark chocolate (I used Pana Chocolate)
  • Salt 


Method:

  1. Add all BASE ingredients into blender 
  2. Once blended into small pieces, firmly press base down into a tray until flat 
  3. Melt 1 block of dark chocolate and spread evenly over the top of the base
  4. Sprinkle of salt on top
  5. Place in freezer and enjoy once hardened!!
